Before you start pulling out your hair because you cannot take one more thing being placed on your plate, take a deep breath and follow these tips.

Cut-it-out! Is the source of your stress something you can do without? Then, say goodbye to the activity causing you additional stress. This can be anything from extra costs associated with a gym membership you never use to over-volunteering yourself for tasks you really have no time for during the week.

Find time for you. We all need a day where we can recharge our batteries. Take time for yourself at least once a week when you do something for you. It could be something as simple as turning off your cell phone and just existing for an hour or taking a much-needed bike ride. Whatever it is, just make sure it is something you enjoy.

Get healthy. You hear it over and over again, but a healthy diet, exercise, and obtaining enough hours of sleep each night is essential to your health and your ability to deal better with stressful situations. Sit down, and re-organize your schedule so that it has room for the opportunities to eat healthy, exercise for at least 30 minutes, and receive eight hours of sleep each night. You will be amazed at how much better you feel. After a week, you will be able to conquer the world!
